Committed to responsible tourism
Stay Green is the H10 Hotels Sustainability Plan. In line with our commitment to society and the environment, its goal is to promote a model for responsible tourism in all our destinations.
As part of the Stay Green programme, the H10 Taburiente Playa hotel has implemented the following actions:
- 100% renewable electricity consumption.
- Harnesses ambient heat to generate hot water (heat pumps).
- 1 electric vehicle charging point.
- Donates material from rooms and other textiles to Cáritas Diocesanas.
- Collaborates with the Spanish Red Cross, offering placements to people at risk of social exclusion and employing several of them.
- Toy collection from customers and employees, delivered by Santa Claus to children staying at the hotel who were affected by volcano Tajogaite.
